Exchange or Refund Policy

  • Exchange: You can exchange products within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided the product is in its original condition (the outer cover must remain unopened).

  • Refund: You can request a refund within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided the product is in its original condition (the outer cover must remain unopened).

Error by the Store: In case of receiving a different, damaged, or defective product due to an error from the store, we will compensate the customer and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To claim this, please:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Provide a clear video or photo of the defective product to submit to our store management for approval of compensation.

Order Cancellation and Refund: Matching reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the full amount if the required product is unavailable or in case of a technical error.

Return of Opened Products: If the product’s outer cover is opened, the return request will be rejected as the product is no longer in its original condition. This policy is in line with the Ministry of Commerce Policy for perfumes and cosmetics.

Refunds under Warranty: Refunds under the applicable warranty (e.g., Gold/Platinum) are permitted only once per customer throughout their lifetime, regardless of the number of orders placed.

Processing Times:

  • Returns take approximately 3 to 8 days via the shipping company.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days.
