Introduction:

Our online store welcomes and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all the legal implications of your use of the online store services via this online platform. Since the use of a Matching store by any person, whether a consumer of a service, product, or otherwise, is consent and acceptance of that person who is fully qualified systematically and legally for all articles and provisions of this agreement, which is an affirmation of your commitment to its regulations and to those stated therein, this agreement applies to all kinds of dealings between the user and the store.

Article one: Introduction and Definitions:

The above introduction is an integral part of this Agreement. You will find below the connotations and definitions of the key terms used in this Agreement:

  • (Store) This term means Matching store. This definition includes all forms of a Matching online store, whether it is an e-app or a page on any social media platform.

  • (User) means any consumer who purchases the product or service from the store via its electronic platform.

  • (The Agreement) means the terms and conditions of this Agreement which govern and govern the relationship between the Parties to this Agreement.

Article two- Legal Eligibility of the User:

  • The user acknowledges that he or she has the legal capacity for dealing with the store or that he or she is at least 18 years of age.

  • The user agrees that in the event of a violation of this article, he shall bear the consequences of such violation before the third party.

Article three - Matching Store's Nature of Obligation:

  • Matching Store's obligation to consumers or users is to provide (service or product).

  • Matching Store may provide other services such as after-sale services or other related services due to the nature and type of (service or product) required by the user.

Article 4- Terms of Using Matching Store:

  • The user is obliged to use Matching Store e-platform in accordance with the public ethics and regulations applicable in Qatar.

  • When purchasing a service or product from Matching Store, the user is obliged not to use such service or product in contravention of the public morals and regulations in force in Qatar.

Article five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Once applying to join Matching Store as a user, you are obliged to disclose information for use when accessing Matching Store's services. It has thus agreed to:

  • Matching Store is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and thus agrees to notify Matching Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your Matching Store account information or any other hack of your confidential information.

  • Matching Store will in no way be liable for any loss that may directly, indirectly, morally, or materially occur to you as a result of disclosure of account information.
